Grandma's Pie Crust

1 cup oil
1/2 cup water
3 cups flour (maybe a little more)
1 pinch (all fingers) baking powder (be generous)
1 dash of salt (she explained cup your hand and fill the small of your hand) I estimate about 1 teaspoon

Mix all ingredients together.  Roll between wax paper.  (Grandma's hint, wet counter with a wash cloth to get slightly damp and the wax paper will stick and not move while you are rolling it out.)  Will make two crusts.  Fill with pie crust and bake till pie is done at 350.
