Sunday and windy. I love Sunday mornings, but Sunday afternoons are depressing, especially on High Council days. Loye doesn't want to go because President Shumway hasn't given him an assignment since we came from Alaska. And I don't know whether to encourage him to go anyway or encourage him to resign. We, our whole family (I feel) needs to have him actively engaged in the Lord's work. But, if he doesn't want to, the maybe he should resign. Josh was to sick to go to meetings this morning.  Katie called about 5:30 to say Craig would be ordained an Elder at 7:30. Loye had gone to High Council so he didn't know about it, but I went on up. Josh was too sick. They had a big crowd there besides their own family. David and Phyllis Reidhead and their children Todd, Diana and Suzanne, Bishop Palmer and Vera, Mitzi Hammond, Bill Hancock, Gaylene and Colette, Merlin and Sherry Hancock and Mike, Gary Soloman, Sam and Sharon Daniels, Lynn and Faye Stratton and three of Craig's friends that I didn't know. It was a nice occasion and pretty impressive they served refreshments afterwards but I came on home. Charlie ordained him. Came home and watched the Phoenix Suns get beat by the Denver Nuggets in the NBA playoffs and that put Phoenix out.
